  • Where is the data of Check in and Moment stored?
    For our privacy reasons, we do not store check-in / moment data; all data is saved on the user's device, Please ensure the security of your mobile phone information.
  • How does the app protect my personal data and account?
    We place the utmost importance on user privacy and data security. To address these concerns, TourX AI utilizes Google Sign-In for creating basic accounts. We only access your Google account name and email to fulfill the fundamental requirements for account creation.
  • What should I do if I encounter app crashes?
    If you experience crashes, kindly provide us with your feedback, and we will promptly address the issue.
  • Why am I unable to load certain pages or features?
    Some pages rely on real-time internet connectivity, such as Trip Planning and Ticket Booking features. Please ensure a smooth internet connection.
  • How does the AI Chatbot Q&A feature work? What questions can it answer?
    Our AI Chatbot Q&A feature is built upon the OpenAI model, capable of answering virtually any question. However, there are minor limitations.
  • How are the answers generated, and how accurate are they?
    Answers are generated based on a large-scale AI language model. Accuracy depends on the quality of training data and the complexity of the questions. Therefore, occasional inaccuracies and misinformation may occur.
  • Will our Q&A be used for training purposes?
    No, we highly value user privacy. User Q&A data will not be utilized as training data for OpenAI. Chat history data is stored on the user's device for personal safekeeping.
